Organizer
The organizer of this Food and Wellness Retreat is Armonia Experience by EXPLORE DMC.

Agreement to Terms
By booking and paying for the retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment
A deposit of €1,000 per person is required to secure your place.
Full payment is due at least 10 days before the retreat begins.
To benefit from an early bird discount of €300, full payment must be completed at least 30 days before the retreat.
If payments are not received on time, the organizer reserves the right to cancel your booking. Refunds will follow the cancellation policy below.

Payment methods: bank transfer or cash.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made 40 days or more before the retreat.
50% refund for cancellations made 20 days or more before the retreat.
No refund for cancellations made within 15 days of the retreat start date.
Health and Fitness
Participants must ensure they are medically and physically able to participate in all retreat activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

Participant Conduct
Respect for fellow participants, staff, and retreat property is essential. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.

Liability
Participants accept full responsibility for any risks involved in the retreat. The organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses.

Changes to Itinerary
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, accommodation, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or safety reasons.
Photography and Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional use. Please notify us if you prefer not to appear in such materials.

Force Majeure
The organizers are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

The Basic Package includes:

The main program — either “Food for Life” or “The Art of Qi” (as detailed in the sample retreat program)

​
Syros is located at the very heart of the Cyclades islands, offering a perfect blend of traditional Greek island charm and vibrant culture.
The ferry ride to Syros takes up to 3.5 hours, or about 2 hours with the modern, faster ferries. Ferries depart regularly from Athens (Piraeus port) and other Cycladic islands.
By plane, the journey lasts approximately 25 minutes, with frequent flights connecting Syros to Athens.
